I haven't even decided if I'm going to have a videographer, I didn't even realize they can have a style like that, hah shows what I know. I'm such a newbie.

IDK what Perez Photography's style is. I'm using a videographer though.

Looking for someone that shoots/edits more of a cinematic style versus documentary style.

Hands down, the best videographer (IMO) is Hakim Sons. http://www.hakimsonsfilms.com/

If I had it in my budget, I totally would have used them. However, I chose photography over videography. Austin Walton was another good one and I ended up going with Philip Hardy. He's really nice and responsive and I think the quality is good.

I am also using Wylie Video! :) To the original poster, I recommend looking at the sample videos on the websites of the ones frequently recommended here (def. check the original knottie site for a list). I knew within a minute of watching each studio's films if it was the style I was looking for or not.

I met him at a bridal show and he seemed nice. He was the only videographer I could find in my price range, but what sealed it for me was watching the videos on his website compared to the other videographers I'd seen. Everybody was good, don't get me wrong -- but his videos were what I was looking for. Straightforward and so real. I emailed a link to my mom and she said she cried when she watched one of them, so I was sold right there.

Coincidentally, I'm supposed to be putting together my song list for the video this week. I don't know why this is so hard, but I just can't seem to narrow it down!
