Did anyone use Ryan from Small Moments as their photgrapher?  if so, were you happy?

    My friend Rebecca used Small Moments in OH - not sure if it is the same guy or not, but she had a decent experience. She told me that he didn't take enough candids. Still, like I said, I am not sure if it is the same company.

    My daughter used Ryan and his team. I think they were more interested in partying then taking pictures. Their wedding was May 14 2010. It is now 8/3/2011 and we are still waiting for the parents copy of the wedding video. We called him many times to get the video. The first copy was poorly made and given to us christmas eve. The brides copy was fixed and given to her on her 1 year anniversary. As for the parents copies, were still waiting.  They also did not take pictures of many important parts of the wedding. They also did not take the video camera off the dance floor the whole night. So needless to say, we were very disappointed with them.
