I started last night and I have to say I'm not as sore as I thought I would be. We will see how I feel after Day 2 haha.

I haven't re-started yet, but I will as soon as I feel like I'm back in the workout groove. I did 20 pushups last night on my own (the girlie kind). I'll re-start the challenge when I'm back to doing regular pushups.

I started on Wednesday. I was a little sore, but not what I expected. But, I also split between fake push ups and real push ups. Maybe I should just do all real ones...

When I started this challenge I just couldn't stay on schedule. I did 65-100 pushups and bodyweight squats almost every day before the wedding, but I would just do them in sets of 15 or max out. Since they work different body parts, I would cycle pushups, squats, and abs, then repeat over and over while watching tv.

I like to work out while watching tv too.

I am ok, the arms don't hurt. Surprising. The thing that is hurting is abs. LOL

My chest always hurts when I first start pushups... like right in the armpit area. Everything else is fine.

As the day goes on I'm noticing more parts of my body that hurt... Top of my shoulders, armpit and my boobs!

I work out in front of the TV too. Takes my mind off of the pain haha.
