    E: Insanity: Core Cardio and Cardio abs.... 55 minutes of craziness.... its a killer one, but I feel AWESOME when I am done!

    Chelsea, that is awesome! Isanity sounds so...INSANE! :) How is it going overall for you? How does it compare to 30DS?

    It is going REALLY well. I did my second fit test on Tuesday and did SO much better than the first time... it nice to see actual improvement on paper. I am down 6.5 pounds and in amazing shape already!

    Compared to 30DS...... it really doesnt compare. Insanity is much more focused on intense cardio. I think the 30DS was a GREAT starting place for me though... Insanity would have totally killed me had I not done the shred first!! I HIGHLY recommend Insanity!! I will be finishing it April 16th and plan to start it again on April 24th.

    Going to spin class today. I start insanity on Monday and I am determined to get through it. Hopefully it will break the plateau that I am currently experiencing. Wish me luck!
