Sort of new to the board

Hi, I've been on here since I got engaged in January, but I haven't done much planning until now. My fiance and I finally made appointments to pick a location and are aiming for a July 2011 wedding. One of the places we looked at doesn't have seat covers and doesn't provide a cake. Can anyone recommend places for those? Also, I'm trying to do everyone as economical as possible, so I'd like to find a florist and DJ with reasonable prices. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Congrats and Welcome to the board! All the girls here are super helpful.

    I've heard a lot of good things about Shannon from Liquid DJs.
    Where are you looking to have your wedding? Dade, Broward, Palm Beach? The more info the better ;) It'll help us with recommending people.

    I'm going to have my wedding in Broward. I haven't figured out a budget yet but I'm going to figure it out with my parents soon. Thanks for the help!!

    We are using vision DJs and their prices re reasonable.  Your venue may be able to give you referrals for chair covers.  We are using we take the cake for our wedding cake.  Welcome to the board!

    I know Vision DJ's and DJ Ubi are highly recommended on here..
    As for rental companies I am working with Panache.. I don't know if they handle broward though...
