June is almost over... what do you ladies have on your "To Do" lists for July?! We're getting down to the wire now!!!

- Receive RSVPs and track in spreadsheet (RSVP date is July 31st, so hunting down no-replys will be in August)
- Print & cut menu cards
- Glue lace to jars
- Create escort card display (gold painted frames with lace strung across)
- Meet with officiant and finalize ceremony
- Finalize the design & print ceremony programs, cut & assemble into fans
- Attend shower (July 15th)
- Write thank you notes for shower
- Dress fittings
- Make sure FI's uniform and suit fit
- Make sure groomsmen all have suits (and military groomsman has appropriate uniform items)
- Create bathroom boxes
- Create welcome bags
- Finalize details for rehearsal dinner
- Finalize details for day-after barbecue

Gosh my list is going to be insanely long for july.

1.receive/track RSVP's - in progress
2. dance lessons (7/7) - done, i guess. i think we'll have to spend some time practicing
3. dress fittings (first is 7/18) - done! now to wait til the next one to see how it all turns out! (8/8 and 8/22 are 2nd and final fittings)
4. bridal shower & bachelorette weekend (7/27-7/29) - check!
5. RD invites - addressed, just waiting to send them out.
6. buy parent gifts - bought the necklaces for the moms.
7. get pictures from my parents & scan for our slide show - all scanned, now to crop them.
8. spraypaint birdcages (still havent done this woops)
9. gather other reception decor for centerpieces (candles, fake moss, etc) - pretty much done, just need to assemble stuff but i'll probably wait to do that.
10. order bracelet - done! it took forever to decide on something.
11. have last hair & makeup trial (7/15) - done, totally in love with who i hired
12. ask dan's aunt and sister to do readings -finally remembered to ask both of them
13. celebrate 1 year of being engaged (!!!) - didn't do much, but had our dance lessons, went to our local 4th of july festival and went out to dinner where we will be having the RD
14. finish booking HM activities - done!
15. get our marriage license - done!

i guess that's it? im sure theres more i'm forgetting right now.

I'm afraid of how long this list will be once I start to type it. Worst thing about July is 2 of the 4 weekends I'm out of town and 1 weekend I have a test to study for. Oh boy!

I've dedicated a big portion of my time in July to my son's bday party (he doesn't get forgotten and I go BIG with his parties).I do however have a schedule prepared with dedicated WR project work such as:- Complete tears of joy packets- Design/Print Postcard Maps (for our bus tour)- Design/Print Thank You & Memorial Luminaries- Print remaining candle luminaries for centerpieces- Develop Slideshow- Hair Trial (July 4)- Meet with Pastor/Organist (July 3)- Get Marriage Licence (July 3)- Bachelorette (Magic Mike/Dinner) (July 5)- 4th and final bridal shower (July 28)- Assemble/print pictures for picture tree- Stamp/Fold Cootie catchers (menus)- Complete veil- work on speech

- Meet with hairdresser to determine style

- Review registry for discontinued items

- Mail invitations (around 7/22/12)

- Get MoH to decide on her dress

- Get FH to decide on his outfit

- Have first fitting

- Work with friend conducting ceremony to finalize details

- Draft programs

- Purchase packaging for wedding favors

- Attempt a centerpiece mockup

- Purchase more vases

- Finish compiling reception music

- Purchase sash

- Think about parent and MoH gifts, maybe give FH ideas for BM gift

- Email family about hotel payments

FH will be away the last 3 weeks of the month so I should have time to get some stuff done. I'm hoping I can really focus on eating better and exercising too without him here to act as a bad influence!

- Mail invitations (later today!! We are driving them out to a little not-really-a-town-anymore place called Bridal Veil, OR. They hand cancel them there, super cute!) DONE!

- Seamstress 1st app't 7/10 DONE!

- Finalize catering & rentals

- Sort out readings & continue working on ceremony w/ officiant

- Escort cards. Card box. Not sure where I'm going w/ those yet. Ugh.

- Decide if we even want to mess w/ programs.

- 7/14 anti-bachelorette day w/ gals- wine tasting, picnic

- Get started on the cornhole boards!

- Gifts- parents, groomsmen. Finishing touches on bridesmaids' gifts.

- Keep practicing dancing!

- Sort out rehearsal dinner. This is turning out to be a moving target, and a pain in my arse. I just wanted it to be the wedding party, and plan to get together for some (early) drinks with the out-of-towners. Now my mom says it must include my aunts and uncles from OOT. So that means his aunts and uncles. But maybe not cousins? DOUBLE UGH!

August (just so I don't have to think too hard 28 days from now):

- Whatever didn't get done from July!

- Get bands sized.

- License.

- Check in w/ DJ, florist, musicians.

- Make sure registries have right mix of stuff, add if needed.

I didn't want to start my July list until I accomplished most of the things I was suppose to do in June. So since that's finally out of the way half way through July, here we go

5) make a day of schedule that includes talking to stylist, photographer, day of coordinator
6) Plan rehearsal dinner
