Escort Card Table Centerpiece / Manzanita trees for Reception

Hi all!

We will be having all Manzanita trees as our centerpieces in the ballroom - they will have white and ivory hydrangeas, orchids, dendrobium leis, hanging candles, and hanging crystals.  We were originally going to do a much bigger, more intense Manzanita for our Escort Card table, but I am thinking now it is too similar to the ballroom centerpieces and will ruin the big surprise for the ballroom space.  Do you have any suggestions/pictures for the Escort Card Table?  Would Manzanita be too much for that as well?

Our colors are Black and White (our floral design is all white and ivory flowers)

    Have you considered doing something similar, but lower to the table?  This way when they enter the reception, their eyes immediately go up to the grand centerpieces!!  see below

    I dont' know if this would help, but Have you thought about a big vase of orchids and callas. It would be nice breakup to the branches. If you wanted you could add a shorter branch or some curly willow.
