Jamaica booked! CSA

end of May can't get here soon enough!  We just booked our honeymoon to couples swept away!  We get there May 22nd and staying a week.  Anyone else gonna be there then?    So excited I can barely stand it!  Not sure what me and FI will talk about tho since EVERY conversation for the last 5 months has involved wedding details.  lol

    Yes!! We booked CSA as well. We arrive on the 21st of May. I am also more excited for the Honeymoon than I am the wedding!!!

    LOVE Negril!  Never been to CSA but we walked past it and I was drooling!  Such a beautiful resort!  They were having a beach BBQ at the time we walked past and everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves.  I'm sure you'll love it.  That part of the beach is great.

In fact, I don't even know who Susan Sontag is. What is she... like... a painter? I believe in Crystal Lite because I believe in ME. I believe in the movies of Val Kilmer, though these days it ain't so easy. I believe in Darren Sproles, the word "dabble", the first season of "Silk Stockings", and big, warm, moist, gooey chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth and all over your face.

    Couples Swept Away is one of my favorite AI resorts-- been there many times. There is a 45-minute drive but once you get there they start you off right by welcoming you with a cool cloth and a glass of champagne. The resort is romantic and on a gorgeous beach. I'd recommend the included snorkelling trips and water-skiing from their list of included activities.

    Negril, in my opinion is the best beach in Jamaica (calm, warm waters free of seaweed and jellyfish, with powdery white sand, endless space to roam)-- so if you're beach people, it doesn't get any better!

    Remember to reserve dinner at Feather's restaurant at least once. The spa area is also really nice, and we've gotten couples massages there often. Somebody recently posted that honeymooners get a free massage so check it out. 

    Walk down the beach (right, not left) to Cosmo's restaurant for authentic Jamaican food--especially some good jerk chicken and authentic rum punch. Take a day trip to Dunn's River Falls if you can, and visit Rick's cafe for sunset drinks and music and a possible jump off the cliffs if you're brave!

    We spent New Year's at CSA and it was HEAVEN!!! Great location, Great Staff, GREAT drinks!!!  You will have a WONDERFUL, Wonderful time!
