How did you book?  I have been emailing back and forth with her and she says she is available for my date.  I can "conveniently" make my deposit on her website.  Well I honestly find her booking page on the website not very user friendly.  If I just pay the deposit now there is no option to tell her what date and time I want and what services I want.  This makes me a little skeptical.  If I'm going to pay a deposit I want confirmataion of date and time for sure.  I noticed if I choose the option to pay in full  now I can pick these items right away.  Past brides, if you just paid the deposit up front, when did you tell her the date, time & services required?  Did she send you a confirmation email? HELP

    I emailed her from her site and she responded the next day with the time she was available.  Unfortunately, the only time was 8am and that just will NOT work for me!  We actually will have the weekend (we think...  It's hard b/c we don't leave him with sitters AND do want him to be there) without FI's DS and we're sleeping in :)

    Back to the drawing board for hair/makeup for me but I hope it works out for you!  I can PM you her email address if you'd like instead of booking from her site.

    Well I haven't used her servivces yet.  But I did book her for my wedding for myself and my two BM's.  I did find her booking page slightly confusing.  But anyways I just paid for it all up front just because I'm trying to cut down on expenses that are due that day or within a couple days of the wedding. 

    Anyways once I paid through paypal i went back and made my appointment for myself, then for my BM's and selected the times that I wanted on my particular day.  But I didn't want to start as early as her first appointment so I asked her if we could start a little later. Within a half hour i had all three appointments accepted and then they were rejected only because she was changing the times of the appointments since they didn't line up with her times on her website. 

    I've found that she resonds very fast to emails/phone calls.  And from what I've read everyone on here loves her, I don't think I've seen one bad review.

    i used her and i paid the deposit on her website after emailing back and forth with her regarding the date and time.
    right after i paid the deposit i got an email stating the date and time (which was wrong) and then 2 minutes later she sent me another email confirming the right date and time.
    i didn't really like her website, but man is she awesome! love her :)
