Fill us in on your WR and NWR updates from the weekend!

WR: My dad and I went up to Billings, and I bought stuff for the unity sand ceremony and a guest book plate(fi's idea) and a few other wedding things, started making my garter.

NWR: Went over to Fi's parents house to celebrate his mom's birthday, I made dinner for them as fi's dad had knee surgery a couple weeks ago, and figured she wouldn't want to cook on her birthday. Saturday dad and I went to Billings, that night went over to my parents house where we were told they were going to put there dog down

went and roasted marshmellows in there back yard.
Sunday celebrated Mothers day, got a cute yard flag, and window decorations and lilies to plant outside!! Went with my parents to put down there dog,

she would have been 16 in June! Had a bbq with my folks, went home and picked up the house.

Phew busy weekend!!

NWR: Went to visit FI parents, had a pretty chill weekend with them. We were planning to go hkiking on a trail that's between home and FIL's house, but it ended up raining

WR: Discussed the rehearsal dinner and decided on a place. Now I need to call and book it!! I hope they are still free for that evening!! Actually, I'm going to call them *right now*

WR: assembled invites and mailed them out 4 hours to put them together NWR: our mothers met yesterday and it went well!

WR: Been working on invitations so I can get them ordered. Finalizing ceremony site so I can put it on the invites. Also finishing up the guest list to make sure no one was forgotten.

NWR: Had a miserable weekend. Got bit by something in my eye so it has been swollen shut all weekend

. Did have a nice cookout with the family for mothers day though.

WR: Went shopping Saturday for reception decorations, and DIY materials. Ordered other things online that I couldnt in the stores. Lots of $ spent this weekend!

NWR: The weather was gorgeous all weekend, so we planted flowers on our deck on Friday after work. Did some spring cleaning around the house on Sunday. Then my FI drug me to the driving range. Ugh, Im horrible at golfing and he makes me hit anyway. But, he gave me a mini lesson, and I got a lil better! Im not sure why he has such an invested interest in teaching me how to play golf; I wont be going to an actual golf course anytime soon! But, we got to go to Dairy Queen afterwards, so that made it all worth it!

WR: Went dress shopping for FI's mother and step-mom. Found their dresses, and a dress for myself for the rehearsal. Finished up a wreath that will hang on the front door of the church, and worked on bouquets so I can hopefully update my Siggy by the middle of the month. Also spent lots of $. Ordered items to wear for boudoir pics, ordered candles, and paid the remaining balance for the photographer.

NWR: Did some "studying" for a new job proposal. Searched for homes near the area my new job will be, and FI's job currently is. Deep cleaned 2 rooms in the house, and grilled out for dinner with our mothers.

I got my cake tasting done and booked! Need to email final art work still for that. I won tickets to a bridal show in June from a vendor on Facebook so excited about that. I bought our guest book tree! We were in an area we don't normally shop in and wondered into a florist to see what they had and MOH and I fell in love with it. It goes so perfectly with our natural wood theme. Speaking of wood, I got in touch with a tree feller who is a friend of my Dad's and now I have a source for my logs for the wedding buffet. I also had a professional bra fitting with my MOH and ordered my bra for the wedding. B did a lot of work on the website and we are almost ready to send invites. Non-Wedding related, we had a braai (BBQ) at my sister's place for Mothers Day. She got a new dog who we met too. And I worked on Saturday.

WR: Bought some more makeup for my DIY (almost done!) Also practiced almost the full look on Sunday. Bought the cake stand, got some supplies for our DIY cake, and ordered our wedding programs! FI found the tux he thinks he wants to wear, which is close to being progress (he didn't try it on, though.)

NWR: Went out to dinner and a movie with FI on Friday- Avengers was freaking AMAZING!!! Bought our moms gifts for Sunday- a cherry tree for his and a strawberry plant for mine. Met with the woman who owns the house we live in (me for the first time, she met FI when he was little.) FI and I will probably be moving by the end of the year, or hopefully at least after the wedding!
