Wedding Vows & Ceremony Discussions

Please HELP!

Hello,

I am trying to get myself prepared for my wedding on sept 2014. I have the colors which are cranberry, teal, and silver but i am so lost. are these colors even fall colors? the reason we chosed these colors is because my fiance like cranberry and i love any color blue. I need helpppp if anyone have any ideas on how to incorporate these colors for fall. Im not a flower person im more of a candle girl as far as ceremony and reception. Now for the bouquets i want brooch bouquets.

Re: Please HELP!

  • Don't worry about incorporating them "for fall." Nobody is going to think your colors are unseasonal unless maybe you did red, white, and blue at Christmas or had poinsettias at your Spring wedding or something obviously out of place like that.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    Google is your friend.

I just looked up "red and teal wedding" and there are tons of images and ideas.

You can buy brooches and embelishments at craft stores like Michaels and Joann Fabrics. Look online for coupons and/or look in the clearance sections at the stores to save a few bucks.

Consider waiting to purchase your candles until the after Christmas sales. You'll be able to get tons in your colors for super cheap. Probably things like silver/blue/red ribbons, too.
  • Another great option for your bouquet, metal flower brooches made in your wedding colors. (this is what I'm using). I'm obsessed with this womans work. She made my pieces for my bouquet, as well as making my corsages and bouts. <3 her!
