Affordable Reception and Catering

I'm in Miami and I'm looking for an affordable place that looks very beautiful. Indoors and outside entrance. My budget is about 5K and will push 7K if it's worth it. Please give me a couple names/ places to contact and things that they offer (Pros and Cons) As well places I should avoid. PS I also want open bar.
Someone told me about Renassiance in the Gables has anyone used this place, is it worth it?

    Another knottie had her reception at Renaissance. From outside it looks like nothing at all... but inside the upstairs is HUGE and beautiful!! I know she was on a VERY tight budget and they were able to accommodate her at the last second.

    Try Villa Salcedo, they are very affortable and nice to work with. I'm in talks with them to do my wedding, but I've attended events they've done. My budget is the same as yours. http://www.epevent.com is their website.
