I realised yesterday, while working on checklists and such, that it was exactly 8 months to the day before our wedding!  Part of me is excited - to share this special event with our friends and family - and the other part is panicing - I love DIY, but I need to get projects DONE instead of going to the craft stores every other week  ;-)

    I am!!! I am!!!!!

    How far along am I? Pretty much nowhere. I have my dress but it still needs to be altered. We booked our caterer, limo, DJ and photog (still have to talk with him further though). We narrowed down our BM dresses, but one girl hasnt even seen a thing bc she lives so far away. FI got his ring picked out, and my mom and I booked our florist. All the DIY stuff isnt even started yet though :/  Our ceremony site is agreed on and we got permission but thats another thing we have to discuss further.

    We still need an officiant, third GM (FI is having issues with this), and to agree on what the heck the guys are wearing. Then.... I have to start making our centerpieces. Ugh.

    Me too! I realized it yesterday as I was writing an email to our officiant. We have venue, officiant, photog, dress (needs altered), started DIY, cake topper, BMs picked, best man picked. I still need to talk to a baker, get the HM set, continue DIY, get the dead blasted DJ!!!!

    Excited but feeling the pressure. =)

    I am. Everything is booked, dress is bought centerpieces are decided on.

    My DIY list:
    -invites (having them printed but I am assembling everything)
    -favor tags
    -candy buffet (need to price out and order candy and have it sent to my aunt in AZ to bring back when they come back to Canada in April)
    -escort cards/seating chart
    -ceremony programs
    -"eat, drink, be married" napkins/coasters

    Ick, now that it's a list, I feel overwhelmed.

    I am! We now have everything booked, except for hair/makeup... I am currently talking to a couple salons to decide what I'm doing there.

    My DIY list is in my bio.... slowly working on it :S

    I have almost everything booked.  All I need to do is pick bridesmaid dresses, rent tuxes, find a day of coordinator, and book our flights for the honeymoon.  Beyond that we have to buy FI's ring and pick our reception music.  Lately I've been working on our day of time line and ceremony layout (it looks like I may need to reschedule hair/make up for the day of).
