Bucks county wedding venue

Hi,
I am looking for a wedding venues somewhere in Bucks county for a Feb 2013 wedding date.  I'd like to be about 100-120 per person and will probably invite about 170-180 people.  Id like somewhere a little unique.

Any ideas?

I would check out the HollyHedge Estate in New Hope. It's absolutely beautiful.

I booked here - we have only 85 or so people.
we looked at about 7 different places. Chris Kane is wonderful to work with so far....heard nothing but great things about this place. can't wait to get married there :)

Check out partyspace.com for venues. Pearl Buck estate, Fonthill Castle, and Aldie Mansion are all places that I've been to for weddings in Bucks County that are unique.

    I booked here:

I think it's beautiful.. if you're into the more colonial/17th century look

  • I found that CockN Bull had low ceilings and maroon chairs and carpeting.  Despite the beautiful location, those were dealbreakers for me.

I ended up booking at Sand Castle Winery in Erwinna, PA.  Right along the Delaware, they can hold 125 in their upstairs art gallery.

I'm getting married at Sand Castle also in August.  We are using the downstairs and the art gallery.
  • Has anyone ever been to a wedding at the Washington Crossing Inn in Washington Crossing, PA?  It's one of the venues I am considering for my wedding.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
