  I was thinking if you get their sizes you can go downtown to the fabric district and buy them there.  I'm sure they would be super cheap and you can just mail them out there.

  I know it might sound kind of strange but Easter is right around the corner so Easter dresses are everywhere now.  All white poofy dresses are there too at department stores and even Target!   I think if you find an Easter dress at a department store they can pick it up online =]

  As it gets closer to easter, Costco has great little girl dresses and they're cheap.
