How was everyone's weekend?? What are your plans for the week??

My weekend was pretty good. I didn't really do anything on Friday or Saturday, but yesterday was pretty awesome. I went to church, then did Barnes and Noble, then went for a dinner meeting of a new social group from church that's just starting up. It was a group of us who didn't really know each ohter well. We met at one couple's house up in the mountains with the most amazing views. It was a really great evening. We're meeting up again in May....

And I also realized most of my weekends are booked from here to May! I'm unemployed and I am very rarely busy so this was a shocker.

My weekend was pretty awesome. Met up with friends and was asked to be the godmother to their twins.
We're getting BEAUTIFUL weather! Yesterday was 70F (record breaking) and today is supposed to be 75F (more record breaking) while the next two days are supposed to be 75F-80F completely unheard of here and actually a bit scary (we don't get these temps until mid June)
Oh and my flats are finally being shipped. YAY!

I had a good weekend too. Went out for St. Patty's day with some friends at 7 AM on Saturday lol, and then spent yesterday with my parents for my step-dad's 50th birthday. I am very tired this Monday morning though, and I don't even have The Bachelor to look forward to tonight

This weekedn was pretty good. Relaxed and spent some time with FI. And got a dress for the non-rehearsal rehearsal dinner!

This week should be fun. Our cake tasting is tomorrow and then hopefully I will finally have that check done. Then thursday is the big education job expo. Hopefully there will be a job for me. I'm not sure how its going to go though since most places aren't looking for my subject area, but I have to try. Wish me luck!

Mine was okay....
My allergies are killing me so I have congested for like a week straight.

Saturday we went out for St. Patty's Day activties and yesterday I ended up getting my new phone so we really didn't do much.

This weekend we have my FI's cousins 40th b-day party and Sunday we plan on working on our Apt. That is pretty much it....oh yeah it is supposed to be sooooo beautiful here in New England mid 70s all week so I will be outside to enjoy the awesome weather!!!

This is the first year I haven't done anything St. Patrick's Day-related and I'm now getting kinda sad about it... we've just been too busy to do anything fun lately. Saturday was my brother's bday, as well, so we did family stuff. Sunday was my MOH's 2nd bridal shower and I'm so glad they're done with! Friday we picked out tuxes which was a nice check to finally get done.

Our only WR plan this week is to do the FOCCUS inventory... it's our final pre-marital church requirement, so we're really excited to get it done!

House hunting continues, as well!

Happy Monday!

Well I got home from Barcelona last night.. after flight delays.. a long flight and a train ride I am finally home! It was such a long week of work you have no idea how exhausting! But I did get free time on Saturday which was awesome.

I took a hop-on-hop-off bus tour of the city so I could jam as much as possible into one day and then Saturday night we changed hotels and stayed at the W Barcelona... If anyone is planning on visiting Barcelona stay here! The hotel is AMAZING!

As for this week WR- I am getting my florist nailed down and hopefully going to get FI over to try on tuxes.

NWR- Its my Birthday week

I have off from work on Wednesday (FI only day off) and we are gonna spend the day together I am so excited after being away from him for the past week

I had a great weekend!!

We went to an absolutely STUNNING wedding on Saturday. Everything was beautiful and flawless, and the bride and groom seemed so happy. It was a great time!

Yesterday my mom and I did LOTS of shopping...we ended up finding a wedding outfit for my grandmother, a dress for my mom, and I got my shower dress! Did lots of other non-wedding related shopping as well

I signed our florist contract today, hurray! And we have our food tasting on Wednesday. So excited!

Too bad this is also an extremely busy work week for me...I have to take a deposition of a Plaintiff, and I am also covering a mediation all by myself for the first time...yikes, really nervous! I wish the weather weren't so nice, so I would be less distracted at the office this week!

I spent the entire weekend super sick. We did absoluetly nothing.

For this week, it's SPRING BREAK! So excited! I'm about to write a paper and then go pick up one of my bridesmaids dresses.

k8888: FOCCUS questionnaire is totally worth doing - it's really thought-provoking, actually. I really enjoyed dicussing it with fiance afterwards!

As for me, my weekend was jam-packed. We went out super late on Friday (didn't get home till 5am). Our friend's cousin was DJing at 1Oak (fancy schmany, exclusive, celebrity-frequented club in NYC) so we were dancing till 430am, at which point we went and got pizza. So much for eating healthy . . . and I had about 5 drinks that night!

On Saturday, we went out during the day for the Vandy game. Poor Vanderbilt

It was a total sh*tshow in the city - SO many people in the streets, drunkenly falling everywhere, major traffic jams, ugh. We went to one bar and stayed there for the whole day so that we wouldn't have to deal with it.

On Sunday, we went to cheer on fiance's sister in the NYC Half Marathon then we went to brunch. And then Cincinnati won last night, so at least fiance wasn't totally devastated this weekend.

So, I suppose the best way of summarizing my weekend? The polar opposite of my diet/exercise plan.

butterfly - GORGEOUS. There's a bebe right near my apt (dangerous) and I may need to go try this on for the morning-after brunch. Or just because. Because money grows on trees, apparently.

I was torn between wanting it for the morning after brunch or the shower - it seemed appropriate for either!! My mom wants me to just re-use it but because I am needy and love white dress shopping, I want to find something else

I thought this Bebe dress would be fun to take on the honeymoon too!

My weekend was good. I worked all day Saturday, and then went home and vegged on the couch. I didn't even have a drink on St. Paddy's day. I was so sad when I realized that. I used to love going out for it. Then yesterday was soooo nice out, we went to church and then a barbeque at my parent's house, and I wore one of my new tube tops so that I could get a little sun. Of course I don't look like I got any though. And now the rest of the week is supposed to be just as nice.

As for this week I don't have a whole lot planned WR or NWR. We do have another counselling session with our pastor on Saturday and he wants to discuss our budget with us, which will probably lead to a fight because that's all FI and I have been talking about lately because he still hasn't gotten a job and we're not going to have enough money for the wedding if he doesn't get one like by the end of the month. And it's hard to establish a budget when I'm the only one working and all my money goes to bills, and we're constantly over drawn.

But he has been working at least a little bit the past few days so him bringing in any money is a relief. But I'm hoping that after the counselling session on Saturday I can convince my mom to go out and look at dresses and maybe get my MOH to go along to and look at some wedding decorations and things and just have a girls day out and take my mind off of not having any money.

I did put a deposit down on a florist, but I'm thinking to save money we might do fake flowers at the tables and then just use the florist for the bouquets and bouts so I might see about going to a store in the area that has awesome fake flowers and see what they quote me. If possible maybe we'll do that Saturday.

Great weekend.

I'm on Spring break this week - so I'm trying to get myself organized for Spring Quarter...and getting all my Spring cleaning done.

) Taking my mom shopping tomorrow to look for wedding outfits..both to wear to my wedding and my cousin's in May.

I had a good and successful weekend of getting some checks done! This week is going to be crazy.

WR - Probably nothing, except hoping my shoes get here! I have a meeting with my venue this weekend so I need to figure out the rest of what I need her for and probably a timeline.

NWR - I'll probably work 70 hours this week, do some homework, and get some stuff going for my loan application. Crossing our fingers FI and I are signing a purchase & sale tomorrow and closing on the house at the end of April!!

I had a decent weekend!! I worked all weekend but we did really great in sales, so I'm exicted!!

This week I am sending out my MOH's shower invites...and working on wedding invites on Thursday!
