I want to have a garden wedding. Where can I find a venue for ceremony and reception plus food for under $3,000?

I dont think that there is an all incusive place that low in price but here are some ideas....

Ceremony - in a park near reception venue or church so that the venue is free

    Reception-
find a place that allowed outside catering then have a restaurant cater the food and hire servers!I know that smaller hotels allow that and charge like 500 to rent the space! (I forget what exact hotels name but its the one right after the light on drew going south on 19)

Find a photographer that is getting their business off the ground but good at what they, get photos on a cd and print your own copies!

HTH, let me know if i can help with anything else!

There is a place in the Tampa area off of Morris Bridge Rd. called Victorian Gardens. Here's the link victoriangardenstampabay.com. You can't judge a book by its cover...the pictures they have on the website don't do it justice. They have floral decorations that they provide as well. It's not the Ritz by any means, but it's nice and along the lines of what you're looking for.

    Good luck!

Oh, and they don't provide food but they have their own kitchen so you could easily have family cook if you wanted. It's very easily accessible and lots of space...so that's an incentive. Also, for photographers I HIGHLY recommend Amber Shaffer Photography, she is the best and very reasonable!

The Clearwater Beach Rec Center is $600 (Saturday) and $400 (Friday/Sunday) rental plus $50 for every hour your in there.  There is a place to have the ceremony right on the intercoastal waters, a deck for the cocktail hour, and a large room looking out on the water for the reception.  You cand ecorate however you want inside.  Tables and chairs are included.

Thanks for the post and thanks for the information ladies!!! I am all over the place. I'm in Central FL, but very recently started considering and looking into the Tampa/Clearwater areas. My budget is pretty much in this area as well. Only trying to accomodate about 50 people. Please keep me posted as well OP if you find what you are looking for because I want beach or garden too. Thanks all!!
