I never heard from him since despite leaving a couple of messages...so I called our home warranty people and they contacted him. He told them he "had the part". Called me last Thursday AM wanting to come that day, we set up for yesterday and he no showed.
Still no call back to reschedule.</div><div>

Ugh, one of the houses I rented had a home warranty, and I think I called THEM complaining about their various contractors more than I actually had work done on the house.

Dear Kathleen,

It seems today I am feeling your pain. I had an electrician scheduled to come over today to hang a new chandelier for us, and he said he'd be here between 10 and 11. Text him around lunch time to make sure he still had our address from past work he had done, and he said he'd be here around 1:30. Not. Here. Yet.

The only benefit is at least DH and I both work from home, so we at least didn't have to schedule time to be here, but really?
