Bridal Bootcamp

so last night I was looking into personal training/bootcamp classes for when my half marathon training is over.

I stumbled across the forever fit bridal bootcamp, it is an all women program and it is 4 weeks, 2- 1 hour long exercises during the week. I was wondering if anyone tried it,

The testimonials look good but you know how websites are!

The problem is I don't know my schedule for work, I was looking to do one in November because currently I am training for a half marathon in october, but hopefully it will work.

I was just looking under her personal training and it says something about a group rate, being less if we could get more than 3 people, so if we could decide on a day that even MissOwl could do, then we could try and email her and see how much it would cost.

That sounds good. Wednesdays and Sundays are off limits. I teach at a youth group at my church. Any other day is great though! Like maybe Thursday or Tuesday? I can make time for my health and my wedding dress. :P

I love bridal bootcamp! Nancy is awesome, and it is one of the best workouts I have done. I started in July and plan to continue after my wedding next May. She has two sessions: Monday and Wednesday in Grandview and Tuesday and Thursday in Gahanna. I do the Grandview session. She just had a day where we could bring a guest. I'm sure she would allow me to bring a guest again--just let me know :)

    Hmmm. That would be great!
I still want to maybe look into some details about it first! And maybe then check out the pricing.

I would be interested in the October one held at the Gahnna location....if you need an extra body for the discounted rate ;)

I've been doing the Gahanna bootcamp for just over a month off and on. Now, ideally I need to go 2x/week, but given my insane work and nursing school schedule, I haven't been able to go more recently. Nancy is absolutely awesome though. She will definitely kick your butt, but it's actually kinda fun..... not so torturous! lol I'll be going to the one next Thursday so a week from today in Gahanna and from there continuing on like I need to be. I have just over 8 weeks left until my wedding. I have tot get my ass in gear! :)

Hey brides to be - it's Nancy, certified trainer and owner of FOREVERFIT, Personal Training and Bridal Boot Camp for Women. I read your posts and I am happy to learn that some of you plan to come to my Bridal Boot Camp!
    Two locations: Grandview & Gahanna

It's never too late or too early to start shredding for the wedding, get toned, firm and fit because all eyes will be on you. You definitely want to look and feel your very best!  Remember that exercise is only part of the equation so make sure you are eating the right amount of calories (approx. 1500-1800) per day and make them good, high fiber, low in saturated fat, nutrtional calories. Lots of fresh veggies, fruit, some whole grains - keep sugar and sodium to a minimum, lots of wtater,  green tea and  lean protein. Don't skip meals or drink your fruit.

Training for a race is a fantastic accomplishment and I applaud all that do it.  Nothing really compares to strength training in terms of transforming your body.  And at my boot camps which combine cardio, strength, core and more - you burn hundreds of calories and train your body to burn fat efficiently for maximum results.

Any how, please contact me if you want to try a class for FREE with no obligation and check out my web site for more information!!  Good luck and I hope we meet soon.

On My web site you can also check out two videos by WSYX-TV & WBNS-TV. Both of these TV stations have run stories on their evening news program about Bridal Boot Camp. Both of these stories ran early last year and my boot camp has really evolved since there but they are still very interesting so check them out!

I am thinking the Tuesday and Thursday classes. It's about a 20 minute drive to either place for me. PM your emails and we can look into setting something up....

Nancy-- TY for explaining and taking time to get on here!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE!

I looked at the website. I AM TOTALLY doing this!!!!
September is a VERY busy month for me, so I will register for the October classes. There is a bonus class that month. I can only do the Tuesday and Thursday classes. So, please message me if you are interested.
The rates are really great. I will try to sign up for multiple courses.
The website says Tuesday and Thursday classes are $80 per session. I am not sure if that is completely accurate. Almost seems too good to be true. But, I definitely want to do this class. So, if two more brides want to join me, I will sign everyone up! Then the next time we can sign up through another and a third time for the third bride. That way we can all have our FREE session!

I have been taking bootcamp classes from Nancy for about 7 months now. She is fantastic! You can start anytime - doesn't matter if it's in the middle of a session. She makes it fun but also gives you a GREAT workout! I would HIGHLY recommend you try her class.

Yeah September is bad for me too, I am currently switching shifts at work and so I am waiting to see what my schedule will look like, so I can pick which class I can do.
