    I have never gone to the second weddings board...what's going on there? I know there can some catty brides in the other boards which can ruin a board. The SFLa board is my favorite!

    I used to go there until yesterday.  I expressed my opinion about a "hot topic" that is on the board.  Apparently it is ok for some of the posters to express their thoughts and debate a topic, but when I and a couple of other brides did it, it was seen as combative.  I say this in all seriousness, but the mod on that board is a tyrant.  She tells people how to spell.  She is pompous, rude and extremely condescending.  I pointed out a couple of examples of her behavior (others agreed with me) and she called me combatative.  Unbelievable.

    That really sucks and it shouldn't be that way. These forums are designed for brides to share ideas, concerns or opinions....not attack one another. You are not the only bride I have heard this from and it gives other board a bad name as well. As for the mod on that board, shame on her! She should be the one simmering the situation rather than making it worse and help out the girls rather than being witchy you know what I mean ;

    I can't stop going on the Pinterest wedding board. It's making my head spin. There are so many adorable ideas, I want to do everything!! All the ideas are overwhelming.

    you know, on the topic of boards...

    I was just telling DF how wonderful this board is compared to other boards I've lurked on.   Sometimes almost afraid to post on other boards because of the snarkiness...
