Could a Florist Make These? PIP

So, I decided not to use my original centerpiece idea. I don't think it would look right in my venue (the PB Zoo's) restaurant and think I should stick to the tropical/fun theme that the restaurant already has.

I stumbled across these and think they'd be perfect. FI likes them and even my conservative mother likes them. My only question: would this be something a florist could create or would I have to? I have no problem DIYing them but they'd probably have to be made the day of so the pineapple will keep. I would obviously do a few trial runs to see the status of the pineapple. I'd rather not do them the day of but I don't want icky brown pineapples, haha. Please keep in mind the flowers will be different (more tropical-y).

Thanks for your thoughts!

That's so adorable. What a great find. Yeah I don't see why they wouldn't be able to. Lots of people put apples and lemons in with there CP's, this requires a little more labor than putting fruit in a vase. But shouldn't be too much more labor GL!!

I agree that a florist would probably do it for you. BUT, I do want to mention that if you were to DIY, I don't think they would need to be done the day of...I mean, my mom used to slice up pineapple and we'd keep the slices in the fridge, and it would stay good for a few days...

Def. doable. Actually, the first time I met with my florist, she had just done a trial for a client, and had mini pineapples in their centerpieces, it was so cute.

I was thinking the same thing!<div>
</div><div>We don't really have any "colors". We're just going to vibe with the tropical theme the zoo has got going on-- lots of greens, fruits, veggies, "artificats" from S. America, etc. </div>

If you do it the night before, squeeze lemon juice over it (to prevent browning) and refrigerate it, you should be fine!
