Is it normal that during discussions and visits and emails and such to be "promised" things, and then somehow they don't make it into the Generic Catering Contract that you receive to review and sign off on, right before you provide that hefty payment to them for services?
I'm just curious if others have experienced this. I did respond via email with the flaws and I'm waiting for the Catering Manager to respond, and I'm pretty confident there won't be any issues, but I just found it extremely interesting. Maybe oversight? Maybe a sign?
I'm hoping this is the biggest hurdler I have to cross, but if you've seen my other post, I'm stuck on the STD's.
I can see this next 10 months will be very stressful. Lots of Spa Days in my future.
