Hey Guys,

My fiance and I are considering having our ceremony and reception at Hackberry Creek CC. Has anyone had their wedding there recently? We'd love to hear more about your experience!

    A friend had hers there and loved it!  I don't have any specifics but I could find out if you have any questions.

    I'm curious to know if the food was good and whether she had a good experience with the coordinator. Was there anything she didn't like about the place? We just visited the venue recently and loved it but reviews are limited and pretty old. Just wondering if there's anything we need to watch out for if we book with them.

    We considered them--if you know someone who is a member of the club you can get a reduced fee. They pretty much have the same menu/options as all the other ClubCorp Golf Clubs, so if you want something newer, you wont have to pay more to go elsewhere.

    So, we liked it, but we found better places. Personally, I loved The Tribute in the Colony

    Jay+Marissa - I will be getting married one day before you at the Old Red (Friday evening)....yeah ORC! Anyway...I am trying to figure out what to put on the fireplace mantels for decoration! Any ideas?

    We met with the coordinator at Hackberry and she was very nice (this was last year).  Everything seems really nice, but I wasn't crazy about the outside set up for the wedding... either by the parking lot, or with all the houses in the background.  We ended up booking with the Tribute.

    Unfortunately our company holiday party is held at the Tribute every year so my fiance and I don't want to have our wedding there. We want someplace brand new to create our own memories. :) Thanks for all the suggestions!
