Maggianos Final Payment?

When did you make your final payment? Did you make final payment the day of your event or weeks before your event? I want to make payment every month, but the contract says final payment is due on the day of event, This seems a little awkward.

    We made our final payment the day prior when we dropped off our place cards, favors, etc.  We didn't want to deal with it on the day of.

    Oh good idea.  We're planning to go there 2 days before so we'll do the payment then.

    We're planning on paying the day of our wedding, because we're having a hosted bar based on consumption and won't know the final damage until the night is over lol!

    But I guess we could pay the majority of it the day before when we drop off our reception decor...then we would just have the bar tab to worry about the day of.

    We paid the night of our wedding---they include a certain amount of gratuity, and we chose to add additional gratituty because we had an amazing waitstaff. It really didn't hinder the evening at all.

    We want to pay off as much as possible ahead of time. We are planning to pay the wedding ceremony cost and the reception food cost agead of time. All that will be left is gratuity and consumption bar when we arrive. We are probbay goign to do a few payments.

    We paid the night of our reception and it didn't deter from the evening at all. They were not pushy about it and we handled it at the very end of our reception after our guests had departed.
