Re: Weight Loss Wednesday

  • I am doing really well.  I have lost about 2 lbs in the last week.  We have been going to to gym everyday during the week and eating well.  My clothes are fitting better too.  I have my dress fitting tomorrow which I am excited about instead of dreading.  :)

  • Ugh. Lousy. Hoping this week goes better, and also hoping my godawful stiff neck gets better so I can get my butt back in to the weight room to get Michelle Obama arms. ;)

  • This week haven't been to the gym since FI found out he's dayshift Monday night, and I didnt have time to get a dog walker scheduled. I have been eating better and lost 4 lbs (mostly water)

  • I'm cracking back down on my diet with a month to go!  Trying my dress on last night & seeing it fits perfectly isn't much of a motivator to be good though lol!!  But I'm telling myself 5 more pounds to guarantee comfort!!

  • Doing good. Still at the gym 5 days a week, i love the fact that my clothes fit better, even tho the scale is not budging, i can tell i lost inches by the way my dress fit at my last fitting and by how my clothes are fitting=)

  • I'm on a 30 day diet.. I've lost 10 days so far hehehehe :P
  • I've had a hard time getting back to it after letting myself have fun at my shower/bachelorette weekend.  I'm not in a bad place, but I really need to get back on track.

  • I usually don't even view this thread, because I am not doing anything. I am not free to exercise - literally not supposed to even walk further than from car into work and back. That means I have to completely restrict food if I need to lose weight. I had gained in August, about 4 pounds, and wasn't thrilled. However - I was thrilled to find this week, now that I am healing (My leg was grossly swollen with a badly infected cut, the cryo, blah blah blah) I appear to be back at the same weight I was most of the summer - and when I had my dress fitting! I would have preferred losing about five more, I gained it from March  - but am ok with this right now.

  • I'm sticking to my diet (which has been getting boring - I love to cook, and I miss wine), doing 45 minutes of cardio 5-6 x a week and revamping my arm/back weight routine. I don't need to have Madonna arms, but I'd like to walk, not jiggle, down the aisle.

Just think, ladies, we're only a few weeks away!

  • We went away for the weekend and then got take out Monday on the way back. Well we got a lot so I had dinner Monday, lunch and dinner tuesday, lunch today and I STILL have enough for dinner, but I am going to the movies with a friend and we are meeting for dinner so I'm going to try to be good with a salad. That is the problem with leftovers you can't just be bad once! Oh and then FI is going to London for a week so I am making dinner Thursday night, so starting Friday, I mean it, I am going to power through to the end!
