Walters Commons @ St. Charles Prep

Hi ladies!
Anyone have any information on Walters Commons?  This venue is STUNNING, exactly what I've been looking for.  I haven't been to see it in person yet but would certainly appreciate any feedback you have from your experience.

    I did a wedding there a few years ago and it was great. The space is large, new and pristine. There's lots of parking there, and it's fairly central. They have a kitchen for your caterers, too, which is great. Plus your photographers can get great shots from the balconies!

    If you want to have your wedding there next year I'd call ASAP b/c they book up quickly.  I just booked mine for July 30.  It is an awesome space, but the school was a bit tough to deal with for the initial booking.  Laurie goes on vacation for the summer, and no one handles the scheduling while she is gone, so even though I found this location in June I had to wait until Aug 11th to reserve a date.  Thankfully, you deal with one of two caters -- Mass Appeal or Berwick Manor -- for everything else.  I am in love with the space though, and I will say that it was worth the wait.  Good luck!
