Florist -kind of?

So this is my first post and after having 4 different florists fall through, I need help.  Does anyone know of a florist who will do some things outside of the box.  I want trees and moss and yes, some flowers, but I want them live and eco-friendly.  I cannot seem to find a florist in the Pittsburgh, Johnstown, Uniontown area that will do this.  Anyone?  Thanks for everything.

    I recommended them below, but "By George Floral and Antiques" in Sharpsburg. They are awesome!

    who are the 4 you already went through??

    I'm using Val Brooks, but I don't know about her ability to do live/eco-friendly flowers.  Looking into things like costco's floral department might actually help...

    KS Kennedy on the Northside. He was more than thrilled to work with my sister when she wanted wild flowers for her wedding! I PPH Kerry! He did our wedding as well and went through at least 6 centerpieces with me until we got one I liked-he never once got upset with me when I told him I didn't quite like something!

    If by eco-friendly, you mean organic or fair trade, try calling whole foods. They may know of someone (and by they, I mean their staff).

    Otherwise, I don't know either.

    Personally, I had a less than favorable impression of KS over a few correspondences.

    I'm working with Carrie  anne powell...she's using wildflowers for my wedding, and she's the only florist on the greenbrideguide.com from Pgh.  She has no overhead,so I found her to be quite affordable

    Have you tried Flowers in the Attic? Kind of expensive, but they seem really open to doing a lot of different things.

    I worked with Kim from Neubauer Flowers in Uniontown and loved working with her. She was creative and able to listen to what I was looking for and make great suggestions too. One thing she did that was on the eco friendly side was work with flowers that other brides had already ordered for the same wedding date as me, she also used greenery from plants in the shop to bulk up my arrangements. I think if you are willing to be flexible with your options like being open to in-season locally grown flowers rather than a specific flower type, you should be able to get some great stuff! I also just saw a post on craigs list from a woman that picks arrangements from her local organic garden in Latrobe, definately worth checking out. Good luck!
