Photojournalistic Photographer

Hi all,

I have seen some of the recs for photographers in the area, but I was hoping that some of you may have recs for a photographer speacializing in the photojournalistic style of photography, esp incorporating lighting for artistic purposes.  My budget is tight, woud like to stay between 1,500-1,800.  Thanks so much!!!!
