Pronovias Alterations Question (XP from WB)

I purchased a size 6 pronovias gown and it fit perfectly everywhere but the bust. I didn't realize it before but I am closer to an 8 in the bust area.
Everyone says depending on the designer that dresses may be let out 1-2 sizes.

Since I recently relapsed on the weight loss mission, I am about 5-10lbs away from even bothering with an alterations appointment as my body WILL change back before the wedding, any estimate they give me will be pointless.

Are there any pronovias brides that have had to let their dress out an inch or so?

No I skipped the bra this time... I wore one when I first tried the dress on before buying it and its just too low cut... the bra did waaaaay too much pushing up.
I was told that a corset is an option too but I'd hate to lose the button down back of my dress.
I guess I could learn to love it though since I was set on a corset dress before I found this one lol.

I have a Pronovias gown, as well, and even though my actual measurements are exactly what the size is that I ordered, the dress is short like an 1/8th of an inch from zipping on my bust (so frustrating!). My lady that I am using told me that it can be let out, that the gowns are made with about an extra inch in the seams, but the only drawback to that is that you can see the tiny holes from the original seams. You've got time, as do I! It'll work out! What is your dress?

I'm wearing the Harlem dress...it was from their 2009 collection, so I got it pretty cheap and I just didn't find anything else that I loved as much as that dress!
