Orzo Pasta Ideas?

I have a box of orzo pasta I'd like to fix as a side tonight.

Usually I toss it in evoo and unsalted butter with fresh basil, halved cherry tomatoes, and kalmata olives. But I'd like to try something new. Any ideas?

How about poblano or bell peppers stuffed with orzo like you would rice, with whatever meat you like and spices?

i modified a Michael Chiarello recipe once and it turned out really well, but i'm having a heck of a time finding the original recipe... a brief overview of what i did:

pasta ( you can use the orzo, i think i used angel hair)
    grilled chicken breast, chopped up
Zucchini - finely grated, cooked in salted boiling water for ~2 minutes (enough to soften it) and drained
tomatoes chopped (i had a mix of cherry and roma)
serrano pepper /garlic oil - evoo heated with minced garlic and serrano peppers - let simmer on low for at least 10-15 minutes (+seeds/veins if you like it spicy, we do)
    salt /pepper to taste

make chili/garlic oil while chicken is cooking. season chicken with S&P to taste.
make pasta and use water for zucchini.
toss everything together and season with oil/s&p to taste

all of the zucchinis/tomatoes/peppers were from our garden. it was really good.
