Invite Issue...Which way do I address?

A dear friend of mine is getting married about 3 weeks before me... So my dilema is addressing her invitation.  Do I invite them as a couple (thankfully they live together) or do I invite them as a married couple, as that is how they will be attending the wedding...

Or sense I am hand writting the envelopes do I make is funny like. Mr and better be Mrs.. or Mr and the Future Mrs.....

Any thoughts ?  Thanks!!!!

    I had a similar issue, with a friend getting married a month before me. Address the invite to them as if they are not married, because they won't be when you send the invite.
