We are on our way to being HOMEOWNERS!
We made the initial offer yesterday afternoon, and they came back last night and asked if we would go any higher, because they had offers. (We are pretty sure they were fishing to see if we would.) We offered again more than our original offer, and then they just came back and asked for an additional 5k, but for closing, instead of the 3%.
So we have accepted- now for signing it all, getting inspections, etc.
I'd post pictures, but TK hates my google chrome browser lately, and wont let me. hopefully I'll edit some in when i get it figured out.

there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The master bath is private to the room. Its at around 1900 sq ft total. its in a neighborhood next to some great schools. and about 10-15 minutes away from FIs job, and about 10 from the highway. We are pretty excited!
