since i haven't been active on the boards in the past few months i apologize if this is a repeat post. what are you ladies doing to stay in shape for the big day?! i have always been athletic.. i run a lot but recently i have found myself just pigging out on the worst foods ever (strawberry poptarts are my latest weakness). with the wedding (and honeymoon!!) coming up so soon i really want to be in my best shape ever. i have been running and doing kettlebell routines. share your fitness secrets with me! and any tips on how to stay motivated?
