Hi, I need some help.
This is my dress

I bought this slip to go under it

I went and had it hemmed and the bustle put in, but the bustle covers all the sparkles on the back and even when I lift the dress up a little bit you can not see the slip ( which I wanted to be able to do, for pictures )
So, my question is how do I fix it ?? What do you all recommend?
