I was much more of a lurker than poster but just wanted to recap and let the ATL knotties know that I posted vendor reviews (local ATL board).
My day went fairly smooth...I only got about 3 hours of sleep because me, my BMs and H were up doing escort cards, talking and drinking in my hotel room that night. I then had to take one of my BM (my sister) to get her hair done at 6am!!!
Makeup ran behind that morning but the MUA was awesome and took her time on each girl!!! So I didnt get many pics with the BMs at the hotel after the 1st look. We only started a few minutes late but I wish we would have waited longer...the venue was hard to find so quite a few people walked in after me! :-/
candy buffet and photobooth were a hit (esp once people relaized the photobooth was free...lol). Noone in our families had ever had a photobooth at a wedding. People left earlier than I wanted but H & I partied all night long...we didn't even want to do the "grand exit"...but eventually obliged!
I thoroughly enjoyed the day and would love to do it again!!!
I noticed a few mishaps: candy missing from the candy buffet, someone broke one of the unity candle hurricanes, so we had to use votives instead, and I forgot the cocktail/candy bar personalized napkins at home along with the photobooth sign that said "free"! Also, I listened to my DOC re the uplight color and hated the color for the dining area...I should have listened to my gut...and the lighting guy...lol! However, only I would noticed ANY of those things!
A big thank you to the ladies on this board...my dream wedding would have not came true without you!
