Need advice on what to write on favors

So it took us a long time to think of some sort of favor that was unique and different but still represented us. My fiance' works with potatoes and we finally decided to do small burlap sacks of purple.red potatoes! Different I know but most of our family and friends will eat them and it represents a big part of our life. Now the question is what to write on the card with them... any ideas?

    I think it's normally just a thank you statement then your names and wedding date.
