My FI and I are having an outdoor wedding and REALLY want to do the unity candle instead of the alternatives like the sand thing. I've tried to find something designed for an outside wedding like this, but haven't found anything that I've really liked.
Have any of you seen something that really works and is pretty?
I have an idea of maybe finding three pretty hanging lanterns. That way the candles would be protected from the wind and it'd be a unique way of doing things with a very old tradition. Is that tacky, would that work, have you seen it done before...? Opinions??
