Wedding Invitations & Paper

Cheapest Save the Date /Invitation vendors?

I want our invites and save the dates to look expensive and classy without costing an arm and a leg. Has anyone had any luck with Vista Print?  We want to use them for the s.t.ds and found that we could get 200 magnets for around $37.00. "Wedding" sites charge almost triple the amount! Seems like as soon as you include the word "wedding", the price gets jacked up exponentially.  Any other places to look?

Re: Cheapest Save the Date /Invitation vendors?

  • I've used vista print for other things (non-wedding) and they were pretty decent quality and a great price.
  • I just ordered from them for the first time (business cards) and I was impressed.  Especially for the price/quantity I got.  :)
  • Vista Print is super cheap and the results are alright (I used it for my save the dates, they were nice), but I wouldn't say they looked "expensive" by any means. I ordered some photo notecards for something non-wedding related and on some of them there was still the dashed black line showing where it should be cut. It's kind of hit or miss I guess.

But, you can always order samples, from Vista Print and other sites. I've probably ordered sample invites from 6 different websites.

Also, whenever you sign up for any of those websites they'll start sending you emails with coupon codes. I just Googled wedding invitations and started checking out prices.
  • Sign up for emails on vistaprint! You will get offers for free magnets, free postcards, etc.
