Hi knot world! My name is Rachel and I am new to the knot! I have been lurking for a month since BF and I have started discussing marriage! Not yet engaged but we are paying for our wedding and have started thinking about budgets - it's never too early, in my opinion! 

The two of us have fallen in love with the Westin Stonebriar for our reception site. I love the idea of a full-service venue. I am not really the DIY type. Like I mentioned, we are paying for the wedding ourself so we are willing to throw most of our money at a venue. 

I have tried to contact the wedding coordinator at the Westin Stonebriar but have yet to hear back. Has anyone out there had their wedding reception at the Westin within the past 2 years? I would mostly just like to know an estimate of how much this venue would cost. I am assuming 8,000-10,000.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi and welcome!  Like you, I was not much of a DIYer and also had a hotel wedding.

    That is a good rough estimate but it will mostly depend on what the hotel F&B minimums are for a Saturday evening wedding (which is what I am assuming you want).  The minimum could be in that range, less, or possibly more.  (Mine was much more).  The wedding coordinator will be able to provide that information for you.
