Rehearsal dinner location (Bay View / South Milwaukee)

I am looking for a inexpensive rental space for a rehearsal dinner in the Bay View / South Milwaukee area for July. We are expecting about 50 people and would like to do our own catering. Any suggestions?

I should add that I am currently looking into the Humboldt Park Pavilion and Holler Park Lodge. However, the cost for only 3 or 4 hours isn't ideal for our rehearsal dinner budget...
