Catering in Chattanooga?

The venue where we're getting married requires a caterer, but we don't have a whole ton of money in our budget to spend on catering. Has anyone worked with a great caterer in the Chattanooga or Cleveland area whose prices were pretty reasonable?

    My Mom hosts a lot of events in Chattanooga and only uses one caterer: Lee Towery Catering. If not Lee, then I can definitely tell you NOT to go with Events with Taste. The lady in charge is impossible to work with! This comes from my mom and my best friend who just had her wedding in June.

    We're going to be using Big River Grille.  For our buffet is it going to be roughly $23 per person, which is not too bad considering it has 3 entrees, a salad starter, and unlimited coffee, tea, and sodas.  They do offer more expensive options, but who really needs a dessert at a wedding when there is wedding cake?
