You suck. You lost half our registry. And now we have to go do it again. The icing on the cake? They don't have an automated system. You have to go around and write down everythig you want on a paper along with prices/SKU numbers.

Seriously? Who in this day & age makes u do a registry off paper. I would cancel it & go elsewhere similar.

Oh Chels, if only you knew the intimate details of their horrible system. I worked at one for 4 years and their registry system is horrible. It's literally in an old DOS like program. They should have at least kept your papers you filled out on file. Mine did. I'm sorry you're needing to redo everything.

I would have them make a copy of the sheet you fill out in case this happens again, you can just make another copy of it (so you still have one) and give it to them. From working there, I can tell you that the picture on your camera phone idea would take longer for you to get out of there.

That stinks! I wish Lowes had a registry, but my luck it would be as bad as Home Depot.
