  We just used the same one but I think we cleaned it off with a napkin in between cakes.

  Ha, I actually didn't think about that.   We only have one set though, and I think we will stick with that.

  Great question! Thanks for asking; I hadn't even thought of that yet.  I like the idea of just using one set and cleaning between cakes.

  We had two sets... although they both got left at home so we ended up using a regular knife for both. haha
