It sounds like a lot of knotties have used Erin from Proud to Plan and highly recommend her.
I am thinking about getting a DOC (even though the Down Town Club already has a coordinator) because I feel like I need someone to be on point for the whole day and not just the reception.
I want to know people's experience using DOC through Proud to Plan. Did people use the lead coordinator included in the DOC package or upgrade to get Erin's personalized services? If people used the lead coordinator included in the DOC package how involved is Erin? (she mentioned that she's at every planning meeting and available via e-mail/phone).
