I need inspiration

Our anniversary is this Thursday, and I'm going to make a nice dinner. We had steak at our friends' house last night, so I'd rather not do that. But H is a meat & potatoes guy, so sticking with something simple is good. Any suggestions?

    Stuffed pork chops
    Veal cutlets
    Lamb chops
fancy chicken - piccatta? Cordon bleu? Kiev?

Roasted potatoes with garlic and onions
    sliced crispy baked potatoes
    herbed cheese mashed potatoes

    creamed veggies?
    salad
    maple-pepper green beans
    roasted broccoli
    honeyed carrots

We're meat and potatoes people, too, can you tell?

Best side dish ever- prosciutto wrapped asparagus.  Smear some veggie cream cheese on a slice of prosicutto and wrap around 2-3 asparagus.  Bake at 450 for 15ish minutes.  So, so, so, good

For a main- grilled bone in pork chops?

I can dig out the honey-pecan-pork-lin recipe--I know I've shared it on here and 'tis always popular :-)
