Hey hey,
So I think I recall you saying in another post that you had set up a honeymoon registry? I was just wondering what site you used and what exactly it is you do for it. We have been talking about starting one but we haven't really decided on a destination yet so I'm not sure how that affects it. Anything you can tell me would be great.

    Be very careful with honeymoon registeries.  You can find a lot of information about them on the Registering & Gifts board.  A lot of those websites will let a guest buy you a "$100 scubs experience," they will then take a 3-7% fee and cut you a check for $93-$97 and then you still have to go book it yourself...assuming it isn't all booked up!

    I am not a fan of honeymoon registeries and wouldn't personally buy off one for this reason (and a few others).

    Hi there, yes I have one set up with ehoneymoonregistry.com.
    They only charge 3% admin fee and the money can be collected any time. It's not that I have to use it towards a honeymoon; it's just the theme really. The money just goes into a pot and we can use it however we want; but our intention is to use it for the honeymoon.
    It's also just a reference for ideas. One of my showers is a "honeymoon" themed shower so my sister will have these fun "items" for purchase at the shower; people don't have to buy them online if they are not comfortable doing so.

    Your site looks like so much fun! I totally get what your saying with purchasing little "activities" but still being able to use the money for how your want. I think this would be a perfect little set up for us as well :)
