Anyone know of a good, and not too expensive taylor that has experience in bridal dress alternations near Portland, OR?

Most of the recommendations will be for Kathi. She's amazing and does fantastic work. She's worth every penny.

Yup, I was just coming in to rec Kathi. Not using her is the one regret I have from my wedding.

Your wedding is in 6 weeks? Yikes...I don't know that any reputable seamstress will have time. Where did you buy your dress? Using them might be your best bet now.

ETA - I just looked on Angie's List. This one gets good reviews, but I know nothing of it personally

I recommend a different Kathy. Kathy Hayes. She can do anything! Not only did she do all my dress alterations, she made me a bolero jacket, veil and a garter. All costume. Give her a call at 503-621-6385 Her prices are great and I promise you won't be disappointed.
