Engagement Photo Shoot Locations?

I'm very new to Vermont (been here 2 months) and need location ideas for engagement photos. I'm in the Burlington/Winooski area but dont mind driving as far as 45 mins away. Suggestions? Thanks for any help!

    I'm also new to Burlington, so I don't really know the area, but if it were me, shoot, I'd probably just go down to the Lake!  It's so beautiful with the mountains in the background and all of the boats along the dock..  I'm sure other ladies know of some good suggestions, but ooohhh noooo, what a terrible back-up plan :P  When are you going for e-pics?  Can't wait to see 'em!

    The pictures are this weekend. Crossing fingers that it wont rain!

    I found a few other possible places : Shelburn Farms (small fee but BEAUTIFUL!) and Niquette Bay State park (forest and beautiful beach).

    Ooo, I want to check out Niquette Bay State park sometime, sounds lovely.  I heard Shelburn Farms is not only awesome, but it also has LLAMAS!!  I would love llamas in my e-shoot, haha.
