DO NOT USE ZAZZLE.COM

Hi Everyone,

If this save you the panic that I am currently in then I am happy.  I went to zazzle.com to order wedding stamps for my invites.  I did seperate orders one with a custom design that included my fiance's and my name and a standard design.  I made sure to order both before the 3pmEST deadline and elected same day shipping.  It is 4 days later and I haven't received either of them. After speaking with some one from Zazzle I found out ALL their products are custom and take 2-3 days to make.  So if you are in a rush to get stamps the point of paying for expensive same day shipping is moot- you won't get your order until a week later.  I have learned my lesson and will NEVER use Zazzle again.
To clarify I knew my customized stamp would take 2-3 days but nowhere did it say that just an ordinary stamp on their site is also considered custom.

Avoid Zazzle if you need punctuality.

Re: DO NOT USE ZAZZLE.COM

  • the entire section on the site is labeled "custom postage" so how did you not know that it was custom??? and considering that the main page on postage says "ships in 48 hours" it should have been a clue that you wouldn't get it same day. same day shipping is exactly that, same day shipping. it says nothing about production.
  • Zazzle is one of the most expensive custom stamp websites out there...there's definitely other alternatives!

    stamps.com, picture it...
  • This isn't a reason not to use zazzle.  It's a reason not to order custom stamps you need the next day.

Agreed.  Just because you didn't read/understand their policies, doesn't mean they are a bad company.
  • Hmm. I used zazzle and had my stamps within a week. I was pretty happy with them.

  • i had an issue when i ordered our monogram stickers. they eventually fixed it but it did take forever.
  • A friend of mine used Zazzle for her stamps. I dont remember her ever saying there was a problem but I didnt like how they put their website on your stamp. I wouldn't want to send out a stamp that says zazzle.com right on it for some reason. But i have to say the design was cute. i'm on the fence here as you can see. I just went with the regular postal service and got stamps with a wedding cake on it. they are actually quite pretty.

  • If anything is custom design you have to assume there is going to be printing time involved. if it ships the same day it was printed then you still got the same day shipping. You cant order something personlized and expect it to be ready within seconds. There is nothing wrong with the company. but maybe with someones common sense.
  • They should not have the option for same day shipping if they can't provide that service. If you had to pay extra shipping you should contact them and get a refund. Regardless of whether all of their stamps are custom or not, they shouldn't offer a service they can't provide.
