Need ideas on where to buy RB clothes! eekk!

I didn't think it would be THIS hard! But I cannot find clothes for our RB's. We are keeping the clothes very relaxed & not traditional. No Tuxes or Suits. Just slacks, button up french cuff shirts & ties with the checkered Vans.
Kinda like the bottom pic here (but all black w/green ties):

I don't want the moms to have to buy some spendy outfits so I went looking on my own. I was at the supermall yesterday and went into Burlington Coat Factory & they had some REALLY good priced slacks & dress shirts. But none of them fit or came close to fitting the RB that was with me! ERR!
Then I had to run to Target, & I happened to see that they sell a casual coordinating shirts & slacks. But they had like 4 sizes!
I have just over a month and I want to get this done now so I don't have to worry about it....

Oh & I should add that one RB is 13 & the other is 2. haha weird range!
Help!

I would do something simple. My two nephews aren't being RB, but "Lavender Lads" since I don't have a flower girl and they would have more fun throwing petals around. My sister got them tan slacks, tan shoes that tie, and button up oxford-style shirts. She somehow found cute lavender/blue ties that almost perfectly match her dress. If you're doing casual, then just do something simple like a specific color of slacks (black or brown or tan depending on the formality and color scheme). Then do a white or pastel colored shirt. Ties are SUPER easy to sew if you can't find some that come in both toddler and teenager size.

I think French cuffs would be super-difficult for toddler. I don't see that they have to match, just coordinate if you want to do cuffs on the 13.

I found shirts that were french cuff for the 13 y.o. & I bought him personalized cuff links. If I CAN'T find one - I will make the cuffs french cuff :)

As for the toddler - dont need french cuff for him. I should of specified that sorry!

All the men in the wedding are wearing black shirts/slacks with bright green ties.
I purchased all of the ties already, even the toddler's.

    I will check out Sears!

Kmart also tends to have lots of sizes etc. Most people don't shop there (well at least up here in B'ham) so thats where I go when I can't find what I need

Have you looked at JC Penney?  I'm pretty sure I've seen suit sets in their toddler/children area.  They probably would also sell slacks individually along with shirts.

I went to Sears, JC Pennys and Macys last night. They had some stuff... but it was sporadic and nothing really matched nor could I find coordinating stuff for each of the boys sizes.
